The Real Trace RT-100 Tag Reader is able to read all NAIT tags supplied by Allflex, Leader & Zee Tags
The easy one button scanning feature allows for easy tag detection at a click of a button. The reader will automatically scan for a tag and display tag number on the easy to read LCD screen.
The scanner uses a standard 9v battery (which is included) and also features auto power off to conserve battery usage when not in use.

Ordering
I am a pet owner can I order microchips?
No, we only supply to registered vets, councils, animal shelters & authorised implanters. If you would like your pet microchipped please visit your local vet, council or animal shelter so a trained implanter can microchip your pet.
Do I need to have an account with you before ordering?
No, we do not require you to have an account prior to ordering. You will however have the option to register during checkout, which we recommend. By registering you can keep track of your order history and make ordering in the future much easier.
Payment
Are the prices in New Zealand dollars?
Yes, prices are in NZD$ and include GST. All credit card payments are charged in NZD$.
How do I pay for my order?
During checkout you can choose your payment method. Payment can be made by Visa, Mastercard, Amex or Direct Deposit.
How do I pay by Direct Deposit?
Our banking details, the amount payable and your payment reference will be included with your confirmation email if you choose to pay by Direct Deposit. You can then proceed to transfer the funds electronically or pay over the counter at any ANZ branch.
Delivery
How much is shipping?
Delivery is free anywhere in New Zealand.
How long does delivery take?
All orders are dispatched daily from our Auckland warehouse, usually within 1 business day. Delivery normally takes 1 - 3 working days depending on your location.
Can I track my order?
Yes, our warehouse will email you tracking information once your order has been dispatched.
Do you deliver to PO Boxes?
No, sorry we can not deliver to PO Boxes.
